1. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
- We use USPS First Class Shipping by Weight. It ranges from $3.50 up to $7
- If package weighs more than 16 of, it will automatically ship via Priority shipping. Our system uses Flat rate or by weight, whichever works out cheaper for you.
HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?
- Normally orders over $75 quality for FREE shipping.
- Local Pick up qualifies for FREE shipping. Use Code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Contact us to set a time to pick up in-stock items from our West Los Angeles location.
- Look out for special shipping promotions via our Website top bar, emails, Facebook page or Instagram page. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on our social media accounts.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
- If item ships from our local U.S facility: If your product is in stock, it will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Please allow another 3-7 business days for USPS delivery. Rushed Priority shipping is available at check out. You will receive tracking information after the item is shipped out and you can track it anytime on the USPS website. Please refer to the email that will be sent to you. On an average, customers receive products within a week.
- If the item is a Pre-order/sale, please check the product description for shipping details. You can always email us as well at email@example.com
- If the item/s ship directly from our overseas fulfillment center: If items are in stock, processing time is 2-3 business days and shipping is 12-20 business days. About tracking: It often takes a few days for the tracking number to get active in the system. So please have patience. Please refrain from sending us emails on shipping status. We promise to send out the tracking number as soon as we receive it from our supplier. You will be able to track it anytime using this website.

IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS IN-STOCK ITEMS AS WELL AS ITEMS THAT COME FROM OUR OVERSEAS FULFILLMENT CENTERS, EXPECT TO RECEIVE ITEMS AT DIFFERENT TIME FRAMES.
WE WILL EMAIL YOU FIRST TO LET YOU KNOW AND ASK FOR YOUR PREFERENCE TO WAIT FOR ALL ITEMS TO BE SENT TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY. THIS IS BECAUSE WE SHIP READY TO SHIP FROM OUR CALIFONIA WAREHOUSE & ALSO SOURCE OUR ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE OVERSEAS SUPPLIERS. EACH SUPPLIER WILL SEND YOUR PARCEL AS AND WHEN THE ITEM IS READY. PLEASE CHECK FOR INDIVIDUAL SHIP TIMES ON EACH ITEM PAGE.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND SHIP A HANDMADE CUSTOM ORDER?
- Processing time is 5-14 business days, plus 2-5 business days for regular shipping. Please let us know if you need an outfit sooner than our general processing times. Holiday periods are the busiest, however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- We do offer a rushed processing fee in case you need to jump in front of the customer line (please contact us) and a rushed shipping fee (choose priority/overnight shipping at checkout). Please contact first and let us know your needs prior to purchasing these fees to avoid any disappointments.
Please note: We cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered. Once it is in the hands of the US Postal Service, we can no longer further expedite the processes used by them (they only guarantee Express mail packages, the remaining time frames are estimates only). Please consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by Aria Kids or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in as timely a fashion as possible to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Q: Parcel says Delivered, but I Never Received It
If you did not get it, contact your local USPS office for delivery detail.
For other overseas packages, please track it using the link above. If package still does not arrive after one month, please contact us and we will check the status. Sometimes packages get lost. Refunds will be issued on a case to case basis.
5. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from date of delivery. Include your order number & reason for your return or exchange. Do NOT send us back any item without contacting us first.
- Ship item back within 7 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unused and must be in original condition. Any worn, used or washed items can not be returned and can't be refunded. All exchanges and returns must be pre-approved before you send the item to us. If items are not in original condition and worn they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

If the item/s shipped from our L.A. warehouse;
We gladly accept returns*, exchanges* on items:
1) that are defective due to manufacturing process. Please send out a photo as soon as you receive the item.
2) due to a mistake on our part where we sent out the wrong item/size/color.
Any other reasons will be subjected to a %15 restocking fee. This includes Buyer being responsible for both way shipping costs (to ship back to seller and from seller to buyer). If mistake is on our part, we will refund you the total amount for the order upon receiving and approving the items.
For exchanges: please inquire first if we have the size/color you are requesting. New item will be sent after we receive the original item from customer. Buyer is responsible for both way shipping costs (to ship back to seller and from seller to buyer).
ITEMS EXCLUDED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGES:
* Items that are a pre-order or that come from our overseas fulfillment center unless it is truly defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges as we've either specially ordered this items for you and cannot return the items back to the overseas suppliers and it is not viable for us to keep stock. Only exception to this rule is if item is defective. We appreciate your understanding.
* Any custom products including Monogrammed products or personalized named glitter vinyl products; Custom design shirts and body suits, custom tutus, Birthday outfits, Couture embellished tulle dresses
* Sale / Clearance / Final Sale Items.
* Seasonal items
We encourage you to double check with sizing, correct spelling for personalized items, correct letters for monogramming or correct numbers for birthday outfits. All final sale items will be noted in each listing.
6. CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?
Yes, if you live in Los Angeles, C.A., you may pick up your order locally if the items are in stock in our LA based warehouse. Please notify us first via email: email@example.com.

8. DO YOU OFFER DROPSHIPPING?
Yes we do! If you have an online store and would like to showcase any of our in-stock products, send us an email email@example.com. We can ship the items to your customers on your behalf while you get the orders and take a percentage of our sales price.

- A) Professional Brand Rep - Moms who are more committed to posting every week on social media and love to support a small business and enjoy the BrandRep lifestyle. One minimum purchase of $20 a month is required to keep your BrandRep membership. Lots of discounts and freebies.
- B) Brand Rep Enthusiast - Great for busy moms who cannot commit to weekly posts but who can post photos at least once a month. You will receive special discounts on our items.
Moms - If you share our values and our vibe and are interested in selling our products, we can set up a wholesale account for you. You can either list or buy a collection each month and sell it anyway you like! On your website, start an Aria Kids Facebook Group in your city, In person at Craft fairs etc. We also offer drop shipping if you have an online boutique.
10. WHAT IS YOUR SIZE CHART?
Our products come in various size charts since we source from all over the world.
If it is an Asian brand, it will have Asian sizing labels, so do not be alarmed if you receive items with another size number that you are not used to. Please read the correct size comparisons below between U.S. and other Asian charts.

Industry standard for baby apparel is to use age as the size, but it is important to measure your child as it is possible to have an older child that still needs a smaller size, or conversely a younger child that needs to size up. For example, a baby that is 14 months may still be wearing size 6-12 months given her measurements. If when measuring your child falls into two different sizes between weight and length (i.e. 24 lbs and 32") then it is best to size up to ensure a better fit.
