HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Shipping time information is on each item listing.
- Check your order tracking number from the email you received after we shipped your order.

- To track an item shipped from our overseas facility with 12-20 or up to 3 weeks delivery time: Click here
Q: Why am I getting items delivered at different times?
- We carry in-stock U.S items as well as items that ship directly from our overseas manufacturers. Please note that all shipping information pertaining to an item is clearly listed on it's respective page. Do take note of that before and after ordering.
- Scenario 1 - If you ordered items that will be delivered to you in 12-20 days, then those items will come separately as we source our products from different suppliers. If your order contains items that are purchased and stocked in our local U.S. facility where delivery time is 3-7 business days(unless otherwise specified), you will receive your order in one package.
- Scenario 2 - If your items are a mix between in-stock US items and those from our overseas fulfillment centers, expect to receive your in-stock items first. The rest of your package/s will arrive at a later date, possibly in separate packages since they can be from different suppliers & warehouses.
Q: Parcel status says In Transit, but I Never Received It
- If you did not get your item/s, contact your local USPS office for delivery detail.
- For other overseas packages, please track it using the link above. If package still does not arrive after one month, please contact us and we will check the status with our manufacturer. Sometimes packages get lost although so far we have not had any issues. Refunds will be issued on a case to case basis.
